After publishing what he thought was his final Facebook post Stephen Sutton’s online fundraising campaign went viral and the teenager has currently raised over £2.8 Million for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Stephen was diagnosed with a form of incurable cancer at the age of 15 and over the last few years has set out to record his illness online and complete a bucket list of 46 things he wanted to do with his remaining time.
